1. Agreement

By accessing or using any product operated by Real Simple Leads LLC — including Real Simple Leads and Real Simple Expenses (collectively, "the Services") — you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Description of Services

Real Simple Leads provides a software platform for local service businesses including automated SMS messaging, AI-powered customer intake, technician dispatch management, customer relationship management, and invoicing tools. It integrates with Twilio for SMS/voice and Stripe for payment processing.

Real Simple Expenses is an expense and mileage tracking application for self-employed individuals and small teams. Features include text-in receipt logging via SMS, automatic GPS mileage tracking, AI-powered expense categorization, Google Drive receipt backup, and tax-ready expense reports. Real Simple Expenses integrates with Twilio for SMS, Stripe for payment processing, Anthropic for AI receipt analysis, and Google Drive for photo backup.

3. SMS Messaging & Opt-In Consent

By signing up for Real Simple Leads, you agree to receive SMS messages from us related to your account, billing, and customer support. Message and data rates may apply.

When your customers interact with your Real Simple Leads-powered business, they may opt in to receive SMS communications in the following ways:

Web form opt-in: Customers who submit their phone number via your Real Simple Leads signup or contact form and check the SMS consent checkbox are consenting to receive SMS communications from your business.
Inbound call opt-in: Customers who call your business phone number that is registered with Real Simple Leads are consenting to receive an automated SMS follow-up related to their inquiry.
Keyword opt-in: Customers may text START to your business number to opt in to receive SMS communications.

All opt-in flows display the following disclosure: "By providing your phone number, you agree to receive SMS messages from [Business Name]. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. Message frequency varies."

Real Simple Leads demo line: Prospective customers may call our demo line ((888) 646-9880) to try each pricing tier. Before dialing, visitors must confirm an on-screen consent notice on our website describing the program and clicking "Yes, call now." During the call, choosing a tier and pressing 1 reconfirms this consent verbally before any message is sent. Consenting callers receive 1–2 one-time text messages showing a sample of the selected tier's messaging — this is a one-time demonstration, not a recurring subscription. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time or HELP for assistance.

Real Simple Expenses — Text-In Receipt Logging: Real Simple Expenses users may separately opt in to text-in receipt logging, which allows you to text receipt photos to your assigned number to automatically log expenses. This consent is optional and is not required to create an account or use the platform. By enabling this feature, you agree to receive SMS messages from Real Simple Expenses including receipt confirmations, mileage logs, and account alerts. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help. You may also enable or disable this feature at any time in your account Settings.

4. SMS Opt-Out & Help

STOP: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive a confirmation and no further messages.
HELP: Reply HELP to any message to receive support contact information.
Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your business activity.
Rates: Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Send unsolicited messages to recipients who have not opted in
Use the Service to harass, harm, or deceive any person
Violate applicable laws including the TCPA, CAN-SPAM, or CTIA guidelines
Attempt unauthorized access to our systems
Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

6. SMS & Voice Compliance

You are responsible for compliance with all applicable laws including the TCPA and for obtaining proper consent from your message recipients. Real Simple Leads provides the platform infrastructure but you, as the business owner, are responsible for your own compliance. Real Simple Leads maintains A2P 10DLC registration for all SMS traffic sent through the platform.

7. Billing & Cancellation

Real Simple Leads: Subscriptions are billed monthly. A one-time setup fee is charged at signup. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are not provided for partial months.

Real Simple Expenses: Real Simple Expenses offers a 7-day free trial with no credit card required. After the trial period, a paid subscription is required to continue using the service. Subscriptions are available at $14.99/month or $129.99/year. Team member seats are billed at an additional $5.99/seat/month or $47.99/seat/year and are added to the account owner's subscription. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

8. Limitation of Liability

Real Simple Leads is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
